Kristina is Airbus Ventures’ Talent Principal based in Menlo Park, CA. Prior to joining the fund, Kristina worked at ZX Ventures, the VC and innovation arm of AB InBev, where she focused on fund management and empowering portfolio companies in talent and recruiting across 6 global markets. She's held a variety of HR and Operational roles across AB InBev and Citi, where she began her talent career. Kristina received her M.B.A from Columbia Business School and her B.S. from Cornell University in Industrial and Labor Relations, with minors in Law and Inequality Studies.
